With over 15 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, Mr. Alejandre began his career as an intern at a labor compliance firm, collaborating closely with seasoned labor compliance personnel. His professional journey has seen him grow into a project engineer role for an electrical contractor, where he played a key role in supporting field personnel and ensuring projects remained on schedule and within budget working closely with GC’s, architects, electrical engineers, and various different consultants. Mr. Alejandre thrives in fast-paced environments, consistently seeking opportunities for personal and professional growth while inspiring those around him to do the same. He holds a Turner Construction Management Certificate, further enhancing his skills in site management, team coordination, and problem-solving. His practical knowledge enables him to navigate challenges effectively and build strong relationships with owners, general contractors, and trade partners.
