Scope of Services:

  • Provide Project Stabilization and Community Benefits Agreement (PS/ CBA) administration and Labor Compliance Monitoring Services for construction budgets in excess of $1M
  • Conduct site visits to monitor and oversee labor and contractor compliance with local hire goals as well as other PSCBA requirements
  • Collaborate with pre-apprentice programs to effectively place candidates on County projects
  • Provide outreach to a diversity of communities to increase awareness of careers in the construction industry
