LCG provided dedicated engineering staff to Kitchell at Merritt Community College as part of the District-wide Facilities Master Plan funded by Measures A & G.  The bond measures funded a new Child Development Center, Horticultural building, Locker Room and Gym Renovation, and various infrastructure improvements. Our staff supported program management tasks including pre-project planning, budgeting’s, scheduling, administration of contracts, stakeholder communication, subcontractor coordination, construction start up and close-out.
