UCSF’s Real Estate department engaged LCG to develop a small business outreach program inclusive of analysis of current processes and programs, benchmark similar agencies to gather best practices and resources and to establish program goals and an implementation strategy. LCG interviewed various internal and external stakeholders and surveyed legislative policies that impact diversity and geographic targeted subcontracting goals.
