The US 50 Multimodal Corridor Enhancement and Rehabilitation Project is one of Caltrans’ 1st Design-Build projects and one of a handful of projects to pilot using a web-based certified payroll platform. LCG supported prevailing wage and certified payroll compliance for over 50 subcontractors. Tasks included monitoring weekly submission of certified payroll, ensuring completions of DAS 140/142 forms, reviewing payments to trust funds, collecting annual FHWA 1391 EEO reports and various monthly reports to project managers and Caltrans department staff. LCG also supported DBE contractors with inputting certified payroll and understanding the intricacies of working on a public works project.
