The goal of Related Santa Clara’s Community Engagement Plan is to implement innovative strategies that will maximize opportunity for diverse and local businesses and residents. The plan also highlights Related’ s commitment to youth engagement and supporting local community-based organizations to ensure the economic impact of the project.

LCG developed and will implement the workforce development strategy that outlines how Related Companies will support targeted hiring, apprentice utilization, community engagement and other workforce opportunities. LCG will also provide oversight of the supplier diversity plan inclusive of bid package assistance, contractor outreach event, DBE utilization, and overall project reporting and communications for each program.
