PLA administration services to ensure the effective management of labor relations under the RAD program and covered projects. Working in conjunction with the City Office of Economic and Workforce Development (OEWD) “CityBuild” program, MOHCD Public Housing Services, SFHA, and RAD Services organizations as well as the RAD construction General and Subcontractors to achieve workforce goals. Ensuring compliance with a number of other federal, state and local regulations. Monitoring the PLA and serving as primary liaison between the Developer Teams, contractors, subcontractors, and the Building Trades and their affiliated unions. Reporting on and monitoring compliance with the PLA’s hiring requirements. Presenting information on a quarterly basis and at regularly scheduled meetings as well as in an annual report.
